Russian Military-industrial Delegation Visits Kirghizia

A number of documents on bilateral military- technological cooperation are expected to be signed in the course of the visit of a working group of representatives of the Russian military-industrial complex to Kirghizia, a source in the Kirghiz ministry of foreign trade reported. The Russian delegation members have already visited a number of enterprises of the republic's military-industrial complex. They got acquainted with working conditions and development potential of Kirghiz defence industry adjusted for plans of stepping up Russian-Kirghiz military-technological cooperation. The Russian delegation's visit to Bishkek is held within the framework of the Intergovernmental Agreement on production cooperation between defence sector enterprises of 1994, the source noted.
