Introdans, a modern ballet company from the Netherlands, will appear on the new stage of Moscow's Bolshoi Theater on January 20 and 21, reported Igor Gurevich, President of the Russian National Agency of International Festivals, or the Rosinfest. The ballet is well known not only in the Netherlands but in other countries as well.
According to the Introdans founder Ton Wiggers, the purpose of the troupe, which was formed 31 years ago, was to "attract a bigger audience" and stage easy-to-understand performances.
The program of the Moscow tour consists of four one-act ballets united under the name of "Angels." Dutch Princess Margriet is expected to attend the performance.
