The drama continues in the Sandra Bullock-Jesse James infidelity saga. Not only is the Oscar-winning actress looking to hire a celebrity divorce lawyer superstar such as Lance Spiegel, X17.com reports that Sandra is looking to try to snare custody of James’ 6-year-old daughter, Sunny.

"Her lawyers are telling her that there is a possibility that she could gain custody since the child’s mother is unfit and Jesse is an adulterer," a source told X17. "She wants that little girl and is ready to fight to get her."

James has had full custody of Sunny since his ex, porn star Janine Lindemulder, was jailed for tax evasion. Sunny has enjoyed a nice, stable environment living with her daddy and his new wife until, of course, James took up with a creepy tattoo model!

Bullock, 45, has been reportedly holed up in Austin, Texas, since learning last week that Michelle "Bombshell" McGee was going to drop a Bombshell about her 11-month affair with the "Monster Garage" star, Boston Herald reports.

According to People Magazine, while her husband was allegedly engaged in an affair back home in California, Sandra Bullock was happy and completely focused on work while filming her Oscar-winning role in The Blind Side in Atlanta last year, according to sources on and off the set.

"Sandy was the picture-perfect professional while filming The Blind Side," Bullock's costar Quinton Aaron, who played football player Michael Oher, tells PEOPLE exclusively.

"I learned so much from working with her. I don't think she was aware of any alleged marital problems and always spoke highly of her relationship with Jesse. My heart goes out to her in this trying time, and I know she will overcome."
