Yakutia Airlines suspends direct charter flights to Southeast Asia because of the danger of atypical pneumonia, a source in the company's administration told RIA Novosti on Thursday.
The chief sanitary inspector of Sakha /Yakutia/ issued a decree advising tourist companies to suspend tourist groups travelling to Southeast Asia.
Earlier, the same decision was made by the authorities of the Khabarovsk territory, where charter flights to Southeast Asia and regular passenger flights from Khabarovsk to Guangzhou were suspended until further notice.
Sanitary inspectors of the Far Eastern regions ordered all regional airlines to supply all passenger jets with personal protective equipment, including disposable safety masks for passengers and crew.
