Dollar Predicted To Remain At 28.9-ruble Level Until May

The dollar exchange rate can remain at the 28.9-ruble level until the end of this month. As of now, there "is no agiotage for dollars on the market," banking experts stressed. The dollar rate remains within the 28.9150-28.9200-ruble level and with the commission of the MICEX this amount still makes 28.90 rubles. In addition, commercial banks are likely to suffer from the lack of rubles necessary to buy dollars at the end of April. As of now, the Central Bank of Russia is "quietly" observing the situation on the exchange market and conducts no activities either on the MICEX or the Interbank, experts said.
