Security Intensified On The Route Of First Gudermes-Moscow Train

Security was intensified on the rail route Gudermes-Moscow /Gudermes is the second largest city in Chechnya/, reported deputy head of the Interior Ministry's Transport Department Vyacheslav Razgovorov on Monday. In his words, all the power structures were engaged in ensuring security on the first train from Chechnya, among them were the Federal Security Service, the Interior and Defence Ministries. Razgovorov also indicated that law-enforcements had ensured security on the train. According to him, the first train from Chechnya has brought 120 civilians to Moscow. The official also said that plans called for bringing the route on a regular basis and putting into operation a weekly route Grozny-Moscow.
