Serbian Socialist Party (SSP) demands to bring former head of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia Slobodan Milosevic from prison back to the Military Medical Academy. The SSP statement indicates that the present leadership of the country put pressure on special medical conference in order to return Milosevic to prison "without taking into account his health condition". The document states that the former-president is in really poor health: he has heart troubles and high blood pressure which were not registered prior to his arrest. On Friday night Slobodan Milosevic, chairman of the Serbian Socialist Party, was transferred from the Military Medical Academy to prison. According to the former-President's lawyer Miroslav Vasic, this transfer took place at the demand of the court on the basis of the medical conference's conclusion. The doctors came to the conclusion that Milosevic needed medical treatment, but there was no need to dispatch him to hospital, since outpatient treatment would suffice.
