You may laugh at it, but Yulia Timoshenko again freed

Yesterday, the situation around former deputy prime minister and opposition Batkiwshchina (Fatherland) party leader Yulia Timoshenko again changed. As PRAVDA.Ru has reported, Ms. Timoshenko was released from custody at the ruling of a Kyiv court, after which she was treated at a clinic for stomach problems. On March 30th, Ms. Timoshenko was again arrested – directly in a hospital ward. Now, Ms. Timoshenko is free again. She has told journalists she is determined not to leave Ukraine whatever the circumstances. Fro several days she is planning to stay in hospital, although nobody can guarantee that her hospital ward cannon again turn into a prison cell. Trying to explain the leapfrog with Ms.Timoshenko’s detentions and releases, observers are leaning to exclusively political considerations underlying the affair.
