Negotiations about possible establishment of European missile defence system began

Russia’s proposal to create European missile defence system was one of the main subjects, discussed by Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Kasyanov and Italian Foreign Minister Lamberto Dini on Monday. This was reported in the communique of Italian Foreign Ministry, issued after the meeting. This matter was discussed among other international questions, such as the development of bilateral relations, bilateral collaboration of Russia and Italy, etc. US steps to deploy national missile defence system were concerned.
