New papers arriving in the United States from Switzerland contain an arrest warrant for Pavel Borodin, former Kremlin property manager and the incumbent state secretary of the Russia-Belarus Union, Mr. Borodin's spokesman is quoted by Interfax as saying. According to the spokesman, the fresh documents also contain new accusations against Mr. Borodin who is currently charged with organizing a criminal group and money-laundering. "These new charges may further complicate the efforts of Mr. Borodin's lawyers and afford more ground for extraditing the state secretary of the Russia-Belarus Union to Switzerland," the spokesman added.
