Russia’s President Vladimir Putin arrived on Thursday evening in Austria for a working visit. Mr. Putin heads a delegation that includes Deputy Prime Minister Valentina Matviyenko, Foreign Minister Igor Ivanov, first deputy chief of the presidential staff Dmitry Medvedev, deputy chief of the presidential staff Sergei Prikhodko, Press Minister Mikhail Lesin, Antimonopoly Policy and Support for Entrepreneurship Minister Ilya Yuzhanov and the regional governors Alexander Surikov (Altai Territory), Alexander Tkachev (Krasnodar Territory) and Viktor Kress (Tomsk Region), Interfax reports. Russian business figures have also arrived, among them head of Gazprom Rem Vyakhirev.
