Other weapon depots liquidated in Chechnya

A weapon depot of the fighters with five submachine-guns, 2,600 shells and 24 grenades found and liquidated outside a Chechen village. The operational staff of the FSB Department for Chechnya liquidated a weapon cache in the village of Chiri-Yurt, Shali District (Eastern Chechnya). The shells of different types, grenades, munitions, and two jury-rigged explosive devices with the yield of up to 5 kg in TNT equivalent were found in the hiding place in the cellar of a five-story building, RIA Novosti reports. One more cache was found on the outskirts of another village, in Nozhai-Yurt District (Eastern Chechnya). It contained two Kalashnikov submachine-guns and a carbine, over 2,000 bullets and six grenades. Next to the hiding place the law-enforcers found and liquidated two dugouts.
