The Russian government has approved a draft agreement with the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development on the extension of a 200,000-dollar credit to finance a project on the management of state expenses.
The draft has been inked by Prime Minister Mikhail Kasyanov, a RIA Novosti correspondent quotes the Government Information Agency as saying.
On the cabinet's instructions, the Finance Ministry will sign the agreement with the IBRD and then set to handling the grant sums and monitoring their purposeful use.
