All participants of the case about the attack on Prirazlomnaja oil rig in the Pechora Sea refuse to testify to investigators, because the protocols that attract them as defendants do not specify their roles, a lawyer of the Polish Greenpeace activist, Yury Baryshkin said.
The lawyer stressed out that the protocols did not indicate specific roles of each accused individual (30 people in total). The papers were made by analogy, based on the testimony, which did not provide specific information about the defendants.
Baryshkin also called "absurd" the piracy charges that were brought down against the crew members, environmentalists and journalists from the Arctic Sunrise.
