Shareholders of JSC "Nizhny Novgorod International Airport" (74.99 percent of shares is owned by Viktor Vekselberg's JSC "Airport Koltsovo", 24 per cent — the government of Nizhny Novgorod Region) has re-elected the Board of Directors at an extraordinary meeting. Now it consists of two representatives of the Nizhny Novgorod region and five representatives of the "Airport Koltsovo".
The regional government is represented by Governor Valery Shantsev and head of the Ministry of State Property and Land Resources of the region Alexander Makarov. The "Renova" group received five seats on the board of "MANN." JSC "Airport Koltsovo" on the board of directors is represented by CEO Eugeny Chudnovsky and his deputy for strategic business development and investment Alexander Zaporozhsky, as well as CEO Alexander Sinelnikov from Nizhny Novgorod Airport. The executive body also includes two representatives of the JSC "International airport Kurumoch": CEO Nikolai Ulyanov, who worked previously in "Koltsovo" as the deputy director and his deputy, Dmitry Surovtsev.
By a decision of the shareholders' meeting changes were made in the company's charter. As a result of additional issue the charter capital of OAO "MANN" increased to 310, 447, 088 million rubles and was divided into 382,324 ordinary shares of nominal value of 812 rubles each.
The program of phased reconstruction of the airport complex to be implemented with the participation of a new shareholder of the airport is designed for ten years — from 2011 to 2021. The total investment will amount to approximately 2.7 billion rubles.
