Russian Security Police Abort 170,000 Crimes in 2002

Police aborted 170,000 crimes in Russia in 2002, according to Main Directorate for Police Security Guards of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Head Mikhail Sukhodolsky. He told Rosbalt on Thursday that at the current time his division has 350,000 employees and 180,000 of them are regular trained policeman.
