Hashim Thaqi for adopting provision Kosovo constitution

A leader of the Kosovo Albanians, Hashim Thaqi, is for adopting a provisional Kosovo constitution. Adoption of such a constitution would boost final determination of a status for Kosovo, said Kosovo Democratic Party chairman Hashim Thaqi in an interview with the newspaper Koha Ditore, based in Pristina, the RIA Novosti correspondent reports reports. Also, he said, a provisional charter would enable Albanians to shoulder responsibility for shaping modern democratic society and prove their capability for creating and running state.
