Generally, I am told, everyone is taught to deal with individuals based upon their level of intelligence. Unfortunately, however, we are not taught how to deal with ignorance. Serious intellectual thought must be given, I believe, to resolving this aberration, or intentional oversight.
For example, America’s new war is a direct result of ill informed Islamic fanatics being manipulated by opportunists that believe they are going to become deities. In the final analysis, the opportunists will run and hide with the wealth that they have amassed, and hope that they are not discovered and exposed after their scheme crashes upon their heads.
In retrospect, I suppose, America could have tried to be more assertive and attempt to force our present protagonists to better educate their people. Naturally, we would have been accused of meddling in other countries affairs, had we tried to help, and internationally rebuked for our impertinence.
Rhetorically, how then do you deal with ignorance? Larry Holloway
