Robson and another victim missed a statutory deadline when they filed their claims more than a year after Michael Jackson died in 2009. According to newly emerged evidence, late King of Pop Michael Jackson paid up to $200 million to stop victims from prosecuting him while he was alive. A choreographer from Australia. Wade Robson, said that Michael Jackson had abused him on several occasions when he was five years old. Now Robson is 32. Another victim claims that Jackson abused him more than 100 times, Pravda.Ru reports.
If Judge Beckloff gives Robson a green light to proceed with their civil claim, new child molestation allegations will likely be revealed in court against Jackson.
Lawyers say Michael Jackson paid nearly $200 million to as many as 20 victims, the New York Post reports.
Another of Jackson's alleged child victims, James Safechuck, 36, who says he met Jackson in 1987, when he was eight, and was molested a year later, claims in court filings that Jackson held a secret wedding ceremony with a young Safechuck as his bride.
Safechuck alleges the singer gave him a marriage certificate and a wedding band as keepsakes and confirmation of their 'undying love'.
According to the victim, Michael Jackson wrote a check worth more than $1 million to Safechuck's father, a sanitation worker.
'Jackson was successful in his efforts to the point that my client endured repeated acts of sexual abuse of a heinous nature and was brainwashed... into believing they were acts of love and instigated by James himself,' Safechuck's attorneys said in the filings.

Robson was five years old, when he first met the singer. Years afterwards, he worked as a choreographer for Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake.
Prior to filing his civil lawsuit in 2013 he had been one of the pop star's biggest supporters, including testifying under oath at Jackson's 2005 molestation trial in California he was never abused by Jackson.
Robson was a key reason for Jackson's acquittal.
Wade Robson, who is now 32, says now he had been living in silence and denial for 22 years. According to him, Jackson molested him when he was seven years old. It happened at the infamous Neverland Ranch, while his sister slept in a separate bed in the same room.
Blanca Francia, who used to work as a maid at Michael Jackson's home, claims that she once saw the singer taking a shower with Robson, who was nine at the time, Pravda.Ru says. She is expected to testify that Michael Jackson was groping Robson in the shower. She also says that she saw Wade Robson and Michael Jackson semi-nude in bed together.
Jackson died on June 25, 2009 of acute propofol and benzodiazepine intoxication, after suffering from cardiac arrest.
