Seventh International Specialised Tourist Exhibition Rest-2001 To Open In Moscow

The seventh international specialised tourist exhibition Rest-2001 is opening in Moscow on Wednesday. It will last till October 20. About 600 tour operators from forty countries representing all continents will participate in the work of the exhibition. Austria, Bulgaria, Brazil, Egypt, Israel, India, the UAE and other countries will present their national shows. This year the number of inhabitants of Russia who prefer to have a rest abroad increased by 25 per cent compared to last year. This fact allows foreign agencies and firms to view the Russian market of services as promising. But domestic tourism is still the priority trend of the exhibition. In effect, the whole of Russia will be presented at it.
