Chechen students are expected to visit Germany as part of an exchange programme.
The administration of the Chechen Republic told RIA Novosti on Wednesday that such plans were discussed at a round table on national policy in Potsdam yesterday.
The Association of Russo-German Friendship is expected to handle the implementation of these plans.
Abdul-Khakim Sultygov, special envoy of the Russian president on human rights in Chechnya, attended the round table.
"Participants of the meeting discussed cultural exchanges between students and assistance by German public organisations in reviving the republic's cultural life," the Chechen administration said.
