On October 9 Russian Prime Ministry Mikhail Kasyanov leaves for an official two-day visit to the Czech Republic, the Premier's press secretary Tatyana Razbash told the press. According to her, the first day of the visit will see Mikhail Kasyanov's meeting with Czech President Vaclav Havel, Chairman of the Senate of the Czech Republic Petr Pithart and Czech Premier Milos Zeman. Extended intergovernmental talks are expected to follow the two premiers' tete-a-tete meeting. A package of documents on military-technical cooperation, cooperation in education and other fields and on interaction of business circles is likely to sum up the extended negotiations. On October 10 Mikhail Kasyanov and Milos Zeman will meet representatives of Czech business circles. Later that day the Russian Premier will attend a symbolic ceremony of laying down a "silver link" between Prague, Bogumin and the TransSiberian railroad. The ceremony will be followed by a TV link with Mikhail Kasyanov and Milos Zeman attending.
