The Fifth Annual Russian Investment Symposium is opening on Thursday in Boston (Massachusetts). At this three-day forum representatives of state power, of economic and financial structures and the leading economists of the United States and Russia will discuss the investment climate in Russia and the possibilities of attracting foreign investments in the country's economy. "Reforms and Renovation" is the theme of the symposium this year. It reflects both the need in continuing the reforms and the serious changes that took place on this path during the past year. The Russian delegation is headed by Vice Premier and Minister of Economic Development and Trade Gherman Gref. The forum has been organised by the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs of the John F. Kennedy School of Government of Harvard University and the Dow Jones Company of Economic News.
