RIA Novosti learnt in the Moscow office of the International Monetary Fund on Tuesday that the next fund delegation would arrive in Moscow at the end of November. The office announced that a group of experts would fly into the Russian capital on November 28th, while the mission's leadership would join them on December 1st. The latter will be headed by the deputy head of the IMF's second European department, Gerard Belanger, who has been in charge of the work of Moscow missions for the past three years. The visit will be dedicated to budgetary policy, structural reform and the banking sector. The IMF delegation will hold meetings with the Finance Ministry and other Russian establishments.
