South Korean President Park Geun-hye said that another nuclear test that North Korea may conduct will force other countries of the region create the same arsenal to ensure their safety.
"For us, it will be difficult to prevent a nuclear domino effect in the region," the President of South Korea said.
"If North Korea holds a new nuclear test, thereby the North will cross the Rubicon," said Park Geun-hye. The move, she said, would make it unnecessary to resume the talks on the denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula.
Earlier, DPRK officials stated that they would carry out nuclear tests annually. At the same time, the international community has ignored the danger posed by North Korea, despite the fact that its missiles may not fly where they should.
