The volume of social tax payments that were allocated to state social non-budget funds reached 419.5 billion rubles (about $14.2bn) in the first nine months of this year. The Tax Ministry's press service reported that 327.7bn rubles ($11.09bn) of the above sum were allocated to the Pension Fund and 50.7bn rubles ($1.72bn) to the Social Insurance Fund. In addition, 2.7bn rubles ($91m) were allocated to the Federal Fund of Obligatory Medical Insurance. The press service stressed that the volume of collected payments was 12.7 per cent more than planned.
