Appearing Tuesday at a press-conference in Helsinki, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Kasyanov offered the opinion that the line-up of political parties in the lower chamber of the Russian parliament would hardly change after December 7 elections.
"Public opinion polls indicate that the power structure will not undergo any dramatic alteration and the bills submitted will be passed next year," he said.
He also see no reasons for the economic course being pursued to undergo any change after the coming elections.
