USA changed its policy towards North Korea and seems to restore relations with Cuba now

The delegation, consisting of 19 bankers, businessmen and ex-diplomats met with Fidel Castro. Speaking at the press conference in Havana, David Rockfeller stressed that he enjoyed visiting Cuba. He added that he had not been to Cuba for 42 years, but had often visited it before January 1959, being one of the directors of Chase Manhattan Bank, which had its branch establishments at the island. Rockfeller also regarded his meeting with Cuba leader as a very interesting one. Their meeting took 5,5 hours. The American delegation is to meet with Mexican President Vicente Fox on Tuesday. In the opinion of some members of the delegation, Mexico should play the leading part in the improvement of USA-Cuba relations.
