13-year old girl suspected of her father’s murder

A schoolgirl from a secondary school of the town Pavlov Posad, Moscow region, is being accused of a crime, ITAR- TASS reports. The girl was detained and an investigation is being carried out. On October 3, in a flat, a corpse of a 46-year-old man was found. According to the expert examination, the death was a result of knife wound in the chest. The people next door told to the police about the frequent quarrels between the man and his daughter. After analizing the evidence, the police decided the man had been killed by his 13-year old daughter. An action was brought against her. If the suspicion is confirmed, the girl will be registered with the police in the department of precautions of criminality among under age criminals. The girl has not came of the age of 14, so she cannot be arrested for the murder. Of course, she will undergo a psychiatric examination. She will very probably continue to go to school.
