President Putin Decrees To Establish Science And High Technology Council

Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a Decree "On Establishing the Science and High Technology Council under the Russian President." The decree is to be implemented by the Main Home Policy Department of the Russian President. The Council is a consultative body. It is to inform the President about the state science and technology policies.
