The Russian emergencies ministry is delivering the Moscow government's humanitarian aid to Afghanistan. One of the ministry's two Il-76 jets loaded with 25 tons of vegetable oil, 4.5 tons of clothing and over 9 tons of medical supplies landed in Bagram at 10:16 Moscow time, the other is expected in the next few hours, reported the press service of the Russian emergencies ministry on Monday. Earlier, Il-76 jets had delivered to Afghanistan a cargo of rice and flour, also as humanitarian aid from the Moscow government.
