SIBUR adopts business plan till 2010

At its meeting on February 12, the Board of Directors of the Siberian Ural Oil and Gas Petrochemical Company (SIBUR) adopted the concept of the development and the business plan of the company for 2003-2010, SIBUR's press service reported. The concept of the development and the business plan are to be discussed by Gazprom's Executive Board.

Additionally, the Board of Directors discussed provisions on the committee for product sales headed by member of SIBUR's Board of Directors Kirill Seleznyov. This committee includes representatives of the petrochemical holding and Gazprom. The Board of Directors adopted the list of the committee's members. This body will coordinate marketing policies of the two companies.
