Another HR center opens in Nizhny Novgorod

Another, 21st resource center for training qualified specialists was opened in the Nizhny Novgorod region.

Located in the town of Dzerzhinsk, the center will prepare workers for personnel support of investment and innovative industries in priority development areas of the industrial complex of the city. Dzerzhinsk-Vostochny is one of the main investment platforms in the region, where "Oka-Polymer" industrial park is located as well.

"To implement any investment project, one needs many skilled workers of both primary and secondary professions. When an investor starts choosing the location for a project, they will look for places, where qualified professionals are available," Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod region Valery Shantsev said.

The network of resource centers to train skilled workers for high-tech industries in the region is being created with the help of state and private partnership. According to Valery Shantsev, this partnership gives great support for business development. Another important area of ​​work is the creation of favorable conditions for business. As explained by the Governor, one has to "break the psychology of civil servants" for this.

"Some officials believe that it is normal for entrepreneurs to go from one office to another. This is a terrible misconception. We want our officials to think in advance how to create favorable conditions for business development. We all depend on business.
