Su-30CM fighters step up military force in Crimea

The up-to-date Russian fighters have become operational in the Assault Aviation Regiment of the Black Sea Fleet. Multifunctional Su-30CM jet fighters should substitute attack aircraft Su-24, which are currently the main aircraft at the Naval Aviation base of the Black Sea Fleet.

Vyacheslav Truhachev, noted, that the aircraft reached place of their permanent deployment in the Crimea and are ready to carry out flights under the program of new equipment practice.

Pravda.Ru reported, that Viktor Bondarev, a Colonel General and the current Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Air Force claimed that combined air division, which comprises a helicopter regiment, was formed in the Crimea.
