The group of governmental buildings is certain to be restored, Russian Minister on Chechen Affairs Stanislav Ilyasov said on Monday.
According to him, by the end of the day a special governmental commission is due to report the final estimate. He said that money for the reconstruction would be allocated from the federal budget.
On Friday, November 27, two explosives-stuffed lorries knocked off the fence of the Chechen Government's building and exploded on the premises. According to the Emergency Situations Ministry three buildings were damaged: the Government's House, a contiguous administrative building and a governmental hotel.
