America needs a father

America needs a good father. The land once freed from tyranny is now enslaved and needs a leader to not only show the way but defend it from the communists and liberals who have destroyed its former conservative values. Alan Keyes once said America needs a St Paul, a man of action who changed the empire of Rome. The US resembles that empire in many ways now. The Republicans have won the Senate and the House but will they compromise with their masters or make their Founding Fathers proud?

Although most conservatives and the pro life movement support the Republican Party, the leaders of the Republican Party are not conservative. Pat Buchanan, Pat Robertson and Ron Paul know this. They know a third party is needed. Others say it splits the Republican vote and allows a Democratic victory. If the leaders of the Democrats and Republicans were really different then it would be true. The victory belongs to those oligarchs whose greed and self interests are fulfilled by both parties. Unfortunately, it is doubtful that the leaders of this new congress will rely on Providence as George Washington did.

Obama fooled the American people who supported him. "Hope and Change" became "Death and Misery". The Ukraine and Middle East know that truth all too well. In an interview in 2008, President Bush said that whoever becomes the next president will carry the same Middle East policy. General Clark made it clearer. Democrat or Republican matters not. The war machine is seemingly unstoppable.

Will the Republicans stop the madness and follow the advice of a two time Medal of Honor winner? US Marine Major General Butler knew all too well of the oligarchs intentions for his country. "Three steps must be taken to smash the war racket. (1) We must take the profit out of war. (2)We must permit the youth of the land who would bear arms to decide whether or not there should be war. (3) We must limit our military forces to home defense purposes. Congress will ignore his wisdom because war makes more money than peace. The average citizen cannot raise enough funds (bribes) to appease the beast.

On a visit to the states several years ago I was surprised to hear on the radio a rare philosophical question. America's most popular Radio show host, Mr. Rush Limbaugh, frustratingly asked his American audience why liberals cannot seem to understand or see the truth or see commons sense in everyday life. To answer him we would first have to accept that our minds are limited in intelligence. We would be arrogant to assume otherwise.

Should a person rely only upon themselves for the truth? "No man is an island". Throughout history even great leaders relied on soothsayers, magicians, prophets and advisers. They were at least smart enough to see that they had limited intelligence and relied on someone else. Our answer to Mr. Limbaugh would be that sin darkens the mind. They "have eyes to see but do not see, ears to hear but do not hear; for they are a rebellious house". Communists and liberals do not obey Christ therefore they cannot accept Him and know the truth.

"And the light shineth in darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it. " Sin darkens our minds. People who embrace sinful lives cannot comprehend the light. "I am the light of the world: he that followeth me, walketh not in darkness, but shall have the light of life." Man does not have the intelligence to comprehend the universe. The creator of the universe is the only one that can help us. One step on the moon did not make the world wiser. Technology gives a false crutch to humanity.

Whenever men try to create their own tower of Babylon they are destroyed. The Third Reich fell and when the Communists tried to benefit mankind in Russia by destroying Christianity, "Death and Misery" was their reward. The Soviet Union later collapsed by the prayers of the Russian martyrs and faithful. Christianity was renewed. When America removed God from their public view and classrooms they inherited "Death and Misery". Certainly not on the same scale as Russia in the 20^th century but beware the future.

"The physical world is a shadow of the spiritual world". The governments of a country reflect the soul of its people. The spiritual life is the fourth dimension that cannot be measured by a man made tool. However, it can be measured by cause and effect. Lives are changed by those who follow Christ. Those who cannot understand this are enslaved by the Prince of this world.

Russia has freed herself from communist enslavement by our Christian faith which is a truth not acknowledged in the west. The US media hydra prefers to lie about Russia as a godless communist state so they can perpetuate war. Their media calls us propaganda when they have never lived in Russia and know nothing about us. Their main reporters did not go to SE Ukraine yet they claimed to know it all. They did not seek the truth but tried to suppress it.

St John the Baptist asked all to repent in order to receive Christ who gives us the light to see. Christ spoke clearly, "The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted; to give sight to the blind and to free the oppressed." Who in the US Congress follows Christ? Who has the courage or strength to speak the truth and unite the people for their common good; to stop the wars overseas and protect US borders?  Compromise is echoed after the Republican victory. Is it a compromise or a con promise?

Are politicians ashamed of Christ? Can the newly elected Republicans at least help Christianity in America? Putin has done that for the Russian Church in many ways and now the country is better for it. "Those who will not be governed by God will be ruled by tyrants." -William Penn.  John Adams once said, "Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other." -October 1798. "It is impossible to rightly govern the world without God and Bible" - George Washington.

One of our daily prayers is "save the suffering Russian people from the yoke of godless authority".  We remember that Christ said without Him you can do nothing. Where there is no God there is chaos as during the Soviet times. A government that once worshipped God fell apart in less than a century without Christ. What more proof do you need? See the video links. No one forced us to go to church on Christmas or Easter.

Americans should pray to God, "save the suffering American people from the yoke of godless authority". Protests will not help. The Soviet Union did not have protesters it had Christians who suffered and were set free by our Lord. Prayer, fasting and penance will cause the oligarchs to fail. Only then will strong leaders arise among its citizens to restore its constitution under God. We pray for our Christian brothers that God may bless America.
