Brazil retains the worst FIFA world ranking

ZURICH / SWITZERLAND - The Brazilian Soccer Team has the worst team in the history of the FIFA world rankings. In the monthly update on the list, the team led by Luiz Felipe Scolari remained in 19th place. The country that won the World Cup most times only appears as the fifth force in South America, according to the report.

Brazil, which does not dispute the Qualifiers for the 2014 World Cup because it is the host country of the tournament, has 902 points - just two more than Denmark, 20th place. Regarding the continent itself, the national team appears behind Argentina (in third position), Colombia sixth), Ecuador (tenth) and Uruguay (17th).
 
The list is still headed by Spain, the current world and European champions, who have 1,538 points. Germany also remained in second place with 1,428 ahead of Argentina, which has 1,296. The relationship of the five best teams in activity, according to FIFA, is supplemented by two countries that have never had titles: Croatia and Portugal.
 
The only change in the top 20 countries in the FIFA rankings was the fall of two positions by Mexico, from 14th to 16th place. Better were Switzerland and Belgium, which have risen a notch each.
