Wonder-Child Displaying Word of Quran Never Appears in Big City

A planned visit to Moscow of a wonder-child whose body displays word of Quran (read article)  never happened. Nine-month old Ali Yakubov and his parents, Madina and Shamil, had to go back home in Krasno-Oktyabrskoye village after having traveled half way to Moscow.

Only the village imam Abdullah and a local official Akhmedpash Amiralaev reached Moscow Jami. They told Moskovsky Komsomolets about their meeting with mufti Ravil Gaynutdin.

A week ago, the Council of Muftis of Russia accompanied by head of Islamic Cultural Center of Russia Abdul-Vakhed Niyazov visited the Yakubov family. The experts confirmed mysterious nature of the writings on the baby’s skin.

The experts made a decision to present the unique baby to spiritual institutions, diplomats, and regular church members in Moscow. Everyone was to be given a chance to see the writings that “appear through God’s will on Ali’s body.” The meeting of mufti Ravil Gaynutdin and the Yakubov family was planned in Moscow on October 31^st. However, the meeting was unexpectedly cancelled.

“When we were on a private plane, we received a phone call. We were told that the idea of showing the baby to Moscow Muslims was not spiritually approved. Within the last two weeks not a single message from Allah appeared on the baby’s body. The baby did not travel well. He was teething and had a runny nose. The family went back home and imam Abdullah and I went to Moscow,” explained Akhmedpash Amiralaev.

While in Moscow, the delegation found out that the decision was changed to avoid frenzy.

“Mufti Ravil Gaynutdin reminded that a spiritual person should not be surprised. The main miracle is Quran itself, and it is sufficient for spiritual people,” he added.

Ali Yakubov was to be shown to medical specialists, dermatovenerologists in particular.
