Lindsay Lohan Might Be Jailed for Not Attending Alcohol Ed Courses

Lindsay Lohan might land in jail and it's all because she hasn't followed through with certain probation terms. Lohan, who is on probation for DUI, hasn't attended weekly alcohol ed courses mandated by a judge.

The actress has a court hearing next month. Apparently the actress' judge has already warned her that if she violates the probation, she's going to the slammer, Terra.com informs.

Lindsay Lohan’s attorney gave some comments to PEOPLE saying, “Though there have been occasional weeks when Lindsay has missed her alcohol treatment class, she has always managed to make up the class the following week by attending two classes. For this reason, we contend that Ms. Lohan is in substantial compliance with the conditions of her probation.”

Allan Parachini, a Superior Court spokesman said to reporters “Whether Lohan’s in compliance with her probation or not, it’s up to the judge. We have no information on this otherwise.” Judge Revel told Lindsay in October not to attract anymore charges or attention to her case or she will face jail time, Spreadit says.
