Putin Warns London Three Times: Russia May Declare UK Terrorist State

Moscow Labels England a Terror Threat as Putin Warns of Radical Countermeasures

England may soon be designated by Russia as a terrorist entity, with Moscow insisting that it is time to follow the American example of how to deal with such governments.

England Stands Behind Black Sea and Baltic Sea Attacks

Russia will consider taking retaliatory measures against vessels belonging to countries that help Ukraine conduct attacks in the Black Sea, President Vladimir Putin said on 2 December while speaking with journalists.

According to him, there is little mystery about who is aiding Ukraine. It is England. London acts as the chief ideologue behind Ukrainian attacks in the Black Sea region, supplying spare parts for assembling unmanned surface vessels, training and instructing personnel, providing targeting information, and giving Kyiv the green light to strike tankers and Russia’s oil infrastructure. Beyond destabilizing the region and inflicting physical damage on Russia, such strikes risk triggering massive environmental catastrophes.

Quoting Putin further, he pointed to what he called “the most radical method” of fighting maritime piracy — cutting Ukraine, and thus England, off from the Black Sea altogether.

England, he said, is also extending its influence into the Baltic. It is London that encourages the Baltic States to seize tankers belonging to the so-called “shadow fleet” in the Baltic Sea under the pretext of inspecting them for safety compliance. In August, Russia’s Foreign Intelligence Service reported that England intended to blow up a tanker carrying Russian oil in the Baltic Sea in order to impose harsh secondary sanctions on states purchasing Russian energy. Another scenario described by the intelligence service claimed that London planned to ignite a tanker during loading in a “port of a state friendly to Russia.”

Putin Points to a Radical Response Against England

Alexander Bortnikov, Director of the Federal Security Service, previously warned that terrorist attacks were being prepared against the TurkStream pipeline and that several plots had already been thwarted. According to him, London is also involved in the execution of Operation “Web.”

England remains a consistent member of the “coalition of the willing,” provoking Poland and Romania to send their troops into Ukraine under the guise of peacekeepers. In October, a statement appeared on the Foreign Office website claiming that London could resort to force against Russia should incidents involving drones — which allegedly violate NATO airspace — be repeated.

Every reckless Ukrainian operation — the Kursk incursion, the disastrous 2023 summer offensive — was, to a significant extent, planned and overseen by MI6.

The hands of former prime minister Boris Johnson are stained with Russian and Ukrainian blood since his role in sabotaging the peace agreement in Istanbul in 2022.

Wherever possible, England has worked — and will continue to work — to ignite local conflicts across the post-Soviet space.

Putin’s Third Warning to England: A Nuclear Strike

England, Moscow insists, is a terrorist state. Putin’s third warning applies directly to London.

“If Europe suddenly decides to start a war with us and begins it, the situation could very quickly reach a point where we have no one left to negotiate with,”

Putin said to reporters.

England hosts the Clyde submarine base in Scotland, equipped with nuclear-armed missiles. It is considered a primary target for the Russian unmanned underwater vehicle “Poseidon.”

Russia has already adopted from the United States the practice of identifying and punishing foreign agents, and now, Moscow argues, it should adopt another precedent — declaring governments terrorist entities if they threaten national interests, a step that opens a direct path to a military strike. The most notable example is the 2001 AUMF, the “Authorization for Use of Military Force,” passed after the attacks of 11 September and used by the United States for a wide range of military operations across the world for decades.
