Reforming Russian government may be continued, Vladimir Putin said on his visit in Lipetsk.
"Such offers are being prepared, and I think they may be accepted along with the decision on the issue of reforming the law-enforcement structures,” said Russian President.
He added that Russian law-enforcers and military would undergo no revolutionary changes.
The President said that the Ministry on Emergency Situations and the Ministry of Defense had submitted their proposals on reforming themselves.
"This is supposed to liquidate duplicating functions and terminating extra institutions which prevent correct thoroughly elaborated decisions from being passed and implemented” said Vladimir Putin.
According to Minister of Defense Sergey Ivanov said that no reducing of the Defense Mistry personnel was planned, but the number of the Deputy ministers may be reduced.
"We have already reduced the number of personnel radically enough. I want to emphasize that no military bayonet, no soldier or officer in the military units will be made redundant. We are going to increase the number of personnel in such military units”, said the Defense Minister.
He added that nobody was going to break the country’s and Army’s military institutions.
