Vladimir Putin will encounter the same problem Stalin had

Vladimir Putin will be required to deal with the same problem Stalin was unable to solve properly in the end of 1920s– the problem of leadership.  
This is the opinion of authoritative political scientist, President of Foundation for Effective Policy-Making Gleb Pavlovsky.
 
 Pavlovsky said that Stalin was unable to construct non-violent system of ruling Russia. “However, this problem has the solution options different from the one chosen by Stalin. This is the real problem Russia will encounter in future”. According to Pavlovsky, the problem is how President Putin will use his victory at the lections in March.

According to the political scientist, “the problem of absolute leadership is a very serious one and those not realizing this are idiots”.
