France to help civilians in Lebanon

Douste-Blazy made his comments in Beirut, saying he wanted to express France's solidarity with the Lebanese people and that there was a need to help civilian victims.

Douste-Blazy met with Lebanese Foreign Minister Fawzi Salloukh as part of a five-country tour. He was expected to travel to Israel, according to the AP.
