Emergency workers have recovered all the bodies of four Indonesians reported missing after a rain-triggered mudslide flattened three blocks of homes near a hill slope in Kuala Lumpur's Hulu Kelang suburb Wednesday, the national news agency Bernama reported.
The final two bodies of a mother and her three-year-old daughter were found under the rubble Friday morning, a police official leading the operations, Tarmedi Omar, told Bernama.
Most of the 230 people who lived in the settlement were Indonesian migrant workers, the AP reports.
Officials had said the search was hampered because roads leading to the site were too narrow for crews to transport large equipment. Some 200 police, firefighters and other emergency workers were involved in the operation.
