US President believes in partnership with Moscow

US President George W. Bush believes in the opportunity of partnership between Moscow and Washington, said Henry Kissinger, former US Secretary of State.

I believed in partnership between the United States and Russia from the very beginning. Likewise, our president and his team believe in it, said the former US Secretary of State at his meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Besides, Mr Kissinger quoted the US president as saying that his kind personal relationship with the Russian leader was of particular importance here.

According to the former US Secretary of State, now that things are changing all over the world at a time, the United States and Russia can influence international developments for the sake of stability.
