The Ukrainian Foreign Minister Constantine Grishchenko links the creation of a common economic space of the four countries - Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Belarus - to the Tuzla Island situation.
"If theTuzla Island issue is not settled, another situation will arise. Collaboration on economic matters and serious political differences cannot co-exist," the Ukrainian minister said answering a RIA Novosti question after negotiations with his Kazakh colleague.
The Tuzla situation requires a resolution in line with the standards and principles promoted by Russia and Ukraine, said Grishchenko.
