Argentina comes out for a new quality of relations with Russia, Argentine Foreign Minister Rafael Bielsa told RIA Novosti on Thursday.
In the Minister's opinion, "the whole range of Russo-Argentine relations, undoubtedly, need improvement with account for Russia's great political authority in the world".
"In this connection, we hope that Russian Foreign Minister Igor Ivanov's visit to Argentine scheduled for December 17-18, 2003 will raise our bilateral relations to a new level," Bielsa noted.
According to the Argentine Foreign Minister, his meeting with the Russian counterpart during the 58th session of the UN General Assembly produced a fovorable impression on him.
