The Russian Foreign Ministry condemns a terrorist attack in Jammu and Kashmir.
"This impudent provocation reminds once again about the threats of international terrorism," a statement by the Russian Foreign Ministry information and press department says.
"Moscow believes that international terrorism cannot be justified neither by political nor religious and ethnic reasons," the statement reads. "Any terrorist attack must be undoubtedly condemned. We are sure that organizers of the attack and those who carried it out will receive punishment." On Friday, a group of terrorists attacked a residence of Mufti Mohammed Sayeed, Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir. Casualties both among servicemen and civilians have been registered.
