The new draft resolution on Iraq has not yet been submitted to the UN Security Council.
"Nobody has made any proposals as to the content of a possible new resolution on Iraq by the UN Security Council," Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Yuri Fedotov announced on Thursday.
"At the same time we do not rule out that the Security Council may take new decisions aimed at ensuring the necessary security conditions for international assistance to restoration and regulation in Iraq," Fedotov pointed out.
When answering the question on a possibility of sending multi-national forces under the UN aegis to Iraq, he emphasized that the UN Security Council had not received any specific proposals as to the format of the future international forces in Iraq.
