A two-day international exhibition, "ChemSpec Europe 2003," is opening on June 4th in Manchester (Great Britain).
As the exhibition's organizing committee reports, ChemSpec Europe 2003 exhibition is among the largest international chemical exhibitions. Apart from the display of basic chemical products by leading chemical companies and state organizations from various countries interested in the development of this modern sector, a number of specialized conferences and meetings will be organized within the framework of this forum.
The participants in the exhibition include over 450 companies from the countries of Western, Central and Eastern Europe, America, Russia and Asian countries. Chemical companies from China have the largest representation. A special display in the main pavilion of ChemSpec Europe 2003 has been organized for them.
The exhibition will also feature a collective exposition of Moscow companies. A relevant resolution of the Moscow government has been signed by Moscow mayor Yuri Luzhkov.
The expenses of the Moscow organizations in the exhibition will be financed out of funds of the exhibition's participants and the funds of the Moscow budget. The share of the Moscow government in the expenses on the preparation and participation of the Moscow organizations in ChemSpec Europe 2003 will amount to no less than 4.3 million rubles.
